Even though the last weekend in October will be completely different this year, we don’t want to give up the marathon feeling completely. That is why we will organize the 2nd<\/sup> Virtual Mainova Frankfurt Marathon on 31 October 2021 in order to be able to run together as the Frankfurt Marathon Community. Together we will start at 10:00 a.m. (local time) for a run – you decide how far and where you run!<\/p>\n

How can you take part<\/strong>?<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>If you have already registered for the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon, you do not need to register separately. You are automatically registered for the Virtual Mainova Frankfurt Marathon. We\u00b4ll inform all participants by e-mail about the possibility to participate. Just decide which distance you want to run for your Virtual Mainova Frankfurt Marathon 2021 and where you want to run it. You can choose between the following distances: 5km \/ 10km \/ 21.0975km \/ 42.195km. You can also change your chosen distance later if you spontaneously change your mind before or during your run. After the race you have until Monday 23:59 (CET) to enter your finish time. As soon as you have submitted your result, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with a link to your personal digital certificate.<\/p>\n

Can<\/strong> people who have not previously registered for the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon take part?
\n<\/strong>Of course, your friends, family, colleagues etc. can also take part in our virtual marathon. They can register for free! Please keep the distance rules when running together! Be part of this great event and share your run on facebook and Instagram:

Fulfilling wishes while running – virtually!<\/strong>
\nYou probably know the donation gate that traditionally stands at the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon at the Hauptwache at kilometers 7.5 and 39. For each run, our participants can support the project “W\u00fcnschewagen – Letzte W\u00fcnsche wagen”. With the “W\u00fcnschewagen”, the ASB fulfils a special wish for people in their last phase of life. In order to support the W\u00fcnschewagen of ASB Hessen again this year, we have set up a virtual donation gate with the help of @betterplace_org<\/a>. We would be delighted if you donate an amount of your choice to the W\u00fcnschewagen and thus symbolically run through the virtual donation gate.<\/p>\n
