Your skyline photo on our poster!
You’re in luck, to run with the view of the Frankfurt Skyline in the background. Now is your chance! Post until the 26th of March your best #runtheskyline-photo on our Facebook page. The winning photo will be your used and produced in our promotion on our poster (DIN A2). (The winner will also receive a framed copy of the poster in our marathon-office).

Eligibility
The participation is available only through posts with photos and comments directly under the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon contest-postings on Facebook.
Participation eligibility of our contest for the Frankfurt Marathons on our Facebook page, must be at least 18 years of age and have their residency in Germany. The participation with a fake identity or using the identity from a third-person party is not allowed. The Mainova Frankfurt Marathon, has the right to exclude participant who break these rules.
Entry deadline
All entries must be submitted until the 26th of March, 2018 until 11:59 p.m.
Copyrights and permissions granted
With the uploading and publication of your photos on our Facebook-page, you allow us as participant, the rights to publish the photo with your Facebook name, as well as your personal comments our on fan-page and other social media platforms and web presences from the Frankfurt Marathon. We assume that you are the author of the photo and have the rights to upload it. The use of foreign photos that were taken from the internet or the use of stock photos is strictly forbidden and prohibited.
All participants assure us that he/she has the rights to the submitted image and has unrestricted use of all parts of the image, also assuring us that the image is free of third party right and that no personal rights of other persons or entities are violated. In the events a person or people are identifiable on any of the photos, please obtain their permission before submitting any of the photos. In the event, the participant infringes on the rights of a third person party, the organizer is excluded from any claims.
The Frankfurt Marathon has the right to delete any photos that contain or promote obscenity, insults, racists comments, hate propaganda, pornography and/or violence against others, institutions or companies.
Winner selection
The winner of the free start will be randomly chosen among all participating comments from our Social Media Team of the Frankfurt Marathons and will be notified per Facebook-comment function and instructed to contact us per e-mail at mail@frankfurt-marathon.com, with his/her correct and complete personal information. If the winner does not contact us after he/she has received the winning notification by Wednesday, the 27th of March, 2018, 11:59 p.m. they forfeit their prize and a runner-up will be selected. The code for the free start will be sent to the winner per e-mail.
The is only one winner possible. The prize will be distributed over the Motion Events GmbH. Your participation data may be passed on to one of our partners only for the purposes of the prize distribution. The data with be only used for the contest and will be deleted afterwards.
The purchase of products or use of services of the Frankfurt Marathon is not necessary for the participation of the contest and has no influence of the outcome of the winner. The prize is non-transferable, and the prize cannot be traded. Rights and cash payment are excluded.
The contest has no connection with Facebook and is not organized or supported by Facebook.
