Pick up your race band:
Friday, October 23, 2026, 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the race packet pickup area.
You must present your race pass when picking up your race packet; you’ll receive it via email in October.
Only those with a race wristband will receive a medal and a pretzel at the finish line.
If there are still spots available for the Pretzel Run, you can purchase a wristband directly at the fairgrounds. Saturday, October 24, 9:00 a.m. – 9:55 a.m.
The community race with helpers and running excited locals starts and finishes at the forecourt of Messe Frankfurt (Maritim Hotel).
Drinks, original Frankfurt pretzels and medals will be offered at the finish. While stocks last.
Your stuff can be stored on site.
We recommend participation from the age of 12. The run is approx. 5 km at a pace of 6:15-6:30 minutes per kilometer.
