6.7 tons of Bio-fruit for all Runners

The catering of all participants with bio-quality products continues to be an important building-block this years for the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon 2017.

The organizer continued once again catering with fruit in Bio-quality.  On the course and in the finishing-area catering with the sponsoring action,” Bio Runner – Main Bio Run” all participants with over 5,5 tons of bio-bananas and 1,2 tons of bio-apples.  The contract between Thomas Wolff, the managing director of Querbeet Bio Frischvermarktungs-GmBH and Jo Schindler the running director of the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon, was already signed for the year 2017.  At the Opera Platz, even the spectators will be taken care of with bio-catering from the sponsor.

Already since a few weeks, the Fattoria La Vialla from Italy continues their support and will provide the participants the traditional pasta party on the 28th of October in the convention Centre with both sauces and noodles in bio-quality.

Lastly, along the course and in the finishing area is mineral water from the brand Rosbacher from the family business Hassia provided.

The bio-support of the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon are in the brochure “Green Champions for Sport and Environment” from the German minister for environmental and natural conservation and nuclear safety as well as from the German Olympic Sports Committee named as “Best Practice”.
