You are invited to join the free Pretzel Run, Saturday, the day before the marathon.
The run is free of charge, there is no registration necessary.
The community race with helpers and running excited locals starts and finishes at the forecourt of Messe Frankfurt (Maritim Hotel).
Drinks, original Frankfurt pretzels and medals will be offered at the finish. While stocks last.
Your stuff can be stored on site.
We recommend participation from the age of 12. The run is approx. 5 km at a pace of 6:15-6:30 minutes per kilometer.
Together with HOKA, you can run for a good cause again this year. What do you have to do? Register for the Brezellauf free of charge and show your support for our official charity partner by registering voluntarily. For every registration, HOKA will donate 1 euro to ASB Hessen.
The project ‘Der Wünschewagen – Letzte Wünsche wagen’ (The Wish Ambulance – Daring to Make Last Wishes Come True), which is financed exclusively by donations and run by volunteers, has been fulfilling last heartfelt wishes in Hesse since 2017, and ASB Hessen has been the charity partner of the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon for just as long. The ASB Wish Ambulance is a vehicle that has been specially converted to fulfil wishes. Well equipped medically, it takes the passenger and an accompanying person to their desired destination and back free of charge in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
