Changes to the team can be made free of charge until 24th October 2021 via your user account or by e-mail to email@example.com. This applies both to the order of the already reported persons, and to the exchange of originally reported persons. After 18th October, all changes are only possible on the spot, in the start-up edition of the help desk.

The starting point is not excluded, the starting number changes, is unsporting, is accompanied by a vehicle (bike, inline skates), is not recorded in the target by chip time measurement, or by the marathon start block (from 10: 00 hours).
Every relay team which has registered until 4th of October 2020 will receive a written entry confirmation.
The entry confirmations along with some important participant information about the relay competition in line with the 39th Mainova Frankfurt Marathon will be sent out via post or email in mid-August, mid-September, and mid-October, depending on the time of registration. Relay team applicants that are residents of Germany were able to choose between email and postal delivery during the registration process. All other realay teams will receive their entry confirmation via email.
The entry confirmation must be shown at the race number pick up. In case you haven’t received the entry confirmation of your relay team (please check your spam-folder) or simply lost it, you may also use your passport or ID-card when picking up the race numbers of your team. You can also authorize another person to collect the race numbers. The collecting person for this either needs your registration confirmation or a declaration of consent from you, which must be submitted accompanied by a copy of your ID.
The fourth runner enters the main hall through the East Gate. After 60 m in the hall he runs over the finish line. We will make this entrance into the hall very coherent; In the hall are the ranks opened, in addition, grandstands are built up. There is room for about 7,000 spectators (5,000 seats, 2,000 standing). Please note that it is not allowed to enter the fourth floor. Only the last runner of the relay team is entitled by his starting number to stay on the last section of the track. If the fourth runner has overrun the target line (contact mats), the run time of your relay is registered. The target area and the hall should be left quickly, so that no congestion occurs. Go straight ahead into the ‘Forum’ building, which connects directly to the main hall.
The goal is open until 16:15. Correspondingly, the course is to be completed in 6 hours (net). This corresponds to an average speed of 8:30 minutes per kilometer. Participants who arrive later are no longer covered by the time taken.
The start numbers are not transferable. Each team will receive four starting numbers and four garment bags when the start documents are collected. The starting documents will not be sent. The start takes place 35 minutes after the marathon start, at 10:35am.
You can have your personal finisher’s medal engraved with your name and overall time, on Sunday, October 25th 2020, 12 noon to 5pm, hall 1, level 2 (registration venue). If you have not ordered it in line with your registration, note that you have to pay 10€.

The results will be published on October 31st 2021 around 2.30pm in hall 1.2 and will be kept up to date. Additinally, you will find the preliminary results online at www.frankfurt-marathon.com on the race day.
It is possible to raise objection against the results until November 1st 2020 the latest. All participants of the relay marathon can download a pdf-version of your certificate via the results on our website.
The number of registrations is limited to 2,000 teams. Registration will be considered upon receipt. Early registration secures the starting place.
Sunday, October 25th 2020, 10:35am, Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage
This year, all relay participants will receive the rental chip.
Please fix the chip at your ankle by using the strap which is attached to your race number envelope. The chip incl. strap will be passed on from the 1st to the 4th runner. We can only assess your time when you cross the mats lying at the start, along the course and at the finish. Persons who do not have these times will be disqualified. Additionally a video surveillance system is installed along the course. Please wear your race number during the whole race clearly visible on your chest.
In any case, you have to pick up your race number in hall 1, level 2 first.
IMPORTANT: You have to return the Chip back at the finish line in order to retrieve your finisher medals.
The stations at 5km and 10km are lined up on both sides; all other stations are one-sided only!
Every 5km the order at each water station is as following: clock, medical aid, own nutrition, Rosbacher mineral water Naturell, isotonic drinks by Rosbacher, tea, troughs with water to dunk in your sponge, litter bins.
Starting at 15km, we additionally offer organic bananas. At 30km, 35km and 40 km bizzl Cola is offered. Refreshments (Rosbacher mineral water Naturell and troughs with water) can also be found at 12.5km, 17.5km, 22.5km, 27.5km, 32,5 and 37.5km.
The drinks are offered not from bottles, but from cups.
This year we have a special finisher catering for relay teams. After passing the “Forum” throug a Generali Blow-Up you reach the open area “Agora” where the fourth runner receives the four medals for the whole relay team, a heat poncho and a foodbag for your team. It is not possible to go back to the finish line from the water station. Only participants are allowed to enter this area. Runners A,B and C of the relay team can meet up at the meeting-point for family and friends. They can also visit the Kromacher Station at the Marathonmall where you have the chance to drink some oft he Krombacher products. Please agree a meeting-point with your family and/or friends somewhere outside this area.
There is no possibility for the team teams to transfer the starting place to the next year or cancel the starting place.
